Altenar’s focus on user engagement was rewarded when the Bet Mentor tool was named the Most Innovative Sportsbook Feature 2024 at the SiGMA East Europe Awards in Budapest.
The prestigious awards are held annually to honour “groundbreaking advancements that redefine user engagement and enhance the overall sports betting experience”.
Altenar’s Bet Mentor tool impressed the judges and Alejandro Cazorla, Diego Salas and Luis Muscat from our sales team were in attendance at the awards ceremony to collect the prize.
Bet Mentor is one of a number of new Altenar sportsbook features released in 2024 and is designed to boost revenue, educate newcomers and empower seasoned bettors. It is particularly useful for players who may be new to sports betting and wish to be guided through their options when placing a bet.
Rather than scour the hundreds of events and markets to try and find a suitable bet, players can use the Bet Mentor tool to input their stake and desired winnings. A selection of betting options are generated based on historical data and the player can choose which one they wish to use, or ask for more options to be curated.
Whether players are taking their first steps into betting or making the switch from casino games, the personalised approach of Bet Mentor empowers new users to create informed bets, fostering confidence and enjoyment.
