Who we are
Altenar Introduction
Founded in 2011, Altenar is a leading igaming software provider inspired by the vision of our customers. Any non-standard request is a strong reason for our professionals to expand the product's capabilities by adapting it to a new market, new audience or new requirements.
This flexibility has led us to become the preferred partner for licensed operators, and has also allowed us to share our experiences of the gaming industry to help grow our clients’ operational capacity.
By providing the best customised solution in the field of the sportsbook igaming software, we fully understand the value of trust between both sides. For that reason, Altenar remains an exclusively B2B company.
Altenar’s mission goes beyond the idea of just achieving the highest possible profit. We aim to build a reputation as the most partner-oriented igaming software provider.

Security
Information security is a top priority at Altenar. We understand how critical it is to safeguard the data of our customers and website visitors. That’s why Altenar invests in a dedicated security team to ensure our platforms are safe and secure for our customers, partners, and employees. We are committed to protecting our systems and data by following industry best practices, meeting our legal and regulatory obligations, and continuously improving our approach.
We operate an information security management system built on a set of policies and procedures approved by senior leadership and reviewed annually. All employees are required to review and sign Altenar’s Security Policy and undergo internal training to fully understand their responsibilities in maintaining a strong security posture. The security policy is available to authorized personnel and stakeholders upon request. Training includes all topics relevant to information security and privacy, including awareness of common social engineering threats and attack methods.
We perform risk management for all new projects to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure alignment with our internal policies. Routine audits, vulnerability scans, and regular penetration tests conducted by independent security firms help assess and maintain the strength of our systems.
ISO 27001 Accreditation We are certified under the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (ISO 27001) standard, the globally recognized benchmark for information security. This certification is maintained and renewed annually, demonstrating that Altenar operates a comprehensive and robust information security management system—providing our clients with confidence that their data and privacy are secure.
