BiS SiGMA South America has grown significantly since the first edition in 2023 when the Brazilian iGaming Summit merged with SiGMA. Helped by the launch of the regulated market in Brazil, it attracted around 17,500 visitors in 2025.

With the Brazilian market continuing to grow rapidly, the conference in São Paulo remains a key date on the calendar and takes place at the Transamerica Expo Center. It features more than 400 exhibitors and sponsors, plus around 250 speakers providing insight on a range of topics relevant to the region.

With footprint now doubled and three dual-language stages, the conference goes from strength to strength and also includes two start-up pitches, exclusive networking dinners, a spectacular closing party and the gala awards and auction. Altenar was delighted to be recognised at the awards in 2025 when receiving the prestigious prize for Best Online Sportsbook Provider, reflecting the company’s dedication to licensed operators in Brazil.

A significant delegation from Altenar will be in attendance, with our C-levels joined by members of the sales and account management teams, while COO Dinos Stranomitis is a regular on the panel discussions. At the 2026 expo, he will cover the topic ‘Building Unicorns: Behind the Scenes of Running and Scaling Betting Giants’ as he reveals how to overcome challenges, fuel growth and launch winning products.
