How was the company’s participation and experience at this innovative event?
It was definitely an innovative event. Having the ability to create and use a personalized avatar made it feel like attending a real trade show, where you could freely explore booths, interact, and network with other attendees. It was truly an enjoyable experience, and this new format helped keep us engaged and more connected throughout the event.
How is the company doing, considering the challenges of 2020?
Altenar is currently in great shape. We’re growing and increasing the number of business partners we support with our fully managed sports betting solution. While we did face challenges in Q2 of 2020, we adapted as a company, overcame the obstacles, and created new opportunities.
What are your thoughts on the future of the industry overall?
We’re living in unpredictable times, and it’s not easy to forecast what’s ahead for our industry. But in general, we provide entertainment—which is at the core of what we do. For that reason, I believe we have a strong chance of thriving in the near future.
What are the company’s plans for the rest of the year and into next year?
Our strategy is to continue growing and expanding our presence in LATAM and Europe. We’re preparing to launch a few exciting new projects in Peru and other countries, though I can’t share the details just yet. Our product offering is evolving as well—we’ve recently onboarded our first clients on our new sportsbook platform and continue to enhance the solution.
What is Altenar’s interest in the Latin American region, and how is it currently positioned?
Altenar has proven to be one of the leading sportsbook providers in the LATAM region. We offer a reliable solution for operators who choose to work with us, and as mentioned earlier, we’re looking to further expand across South America in the coming months.
