Altenar is now providing its sportsbook platform to 8888.bg, a new gambling brand in Bulgaria that has become the third local client for Altenar after winbet.bg and sesame.bg.
8888.bg is a sports betting and casino brand designed for sports fans, casino and slot game enthusiasts, as well as those who like to “think outside the box and try something new.”
Domenico Mazzola, Altenar Commercial Director, said: “We are excited to announce our official partnership with 8888.bg, a licensed Bulgarian brand, which brings Altenar’s local B2B clientele to three regulated operators. The project has shown very promising results in less than a month of active operation.
“8888.bg’s users are already enjoying our features including Bet Builder, a wide range of pre-live and live sports events, competitive odds and bonuses, along with the brand’s extensive library of streaming events.”
With this latest deal, 8888.bg becomes the next betting and gaming brand to deploy the latest version of the Altenar sportsbook—a platform originally soft-launched to a select group of partners back in April 2020 as the company aimed to “serve operators on a global level in a more efficient manner.”
At the time, Altenar CEO Stanislav Silin noted that operators partnering with a supplier not committed to regular software updates—or unwilling to build their own platform from scratch—will “always be a hostage of the legacy offering.”
In addition to the benefits outlined by Mazzola, the upgraded platform also includes backend improvements such as enhanced margin management and a new content mapping tool that allows Altenar to mix and match data feeds from the industry’s top providers.
